I have 25 brilliant years Hospitality Recruitment experience, having 16 years with leading UK recruitment agencies and then in 2014, I launched Taylors Hospitality Recruitment. In 2016 I went on to join forces with Sally & Charlotte to form TTW Recruitment.
Prior to my career in recruitment, I worked as a chef and then on to F&B Management in 4 & 5 Star Hotels, in the UK and abroad.
I’m all about quality service grounded with industry experience and knowledge.

Hello! I’m Charlotte, here to guide you through the world of hospitality recruitment with expertise and care. After earning my BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management, I worked in management roles across the hotel and serviced apartment sectors, garnering invaluable real-world experience before moving into hospitality recruitment in 2005.
After working for two market leading companies, Sally & I founded Taylor Wigg Recruitment in 2012 whilst we were both living in Bristol. Now settled in rural Somerset and having joined forces with Craig in 2016 to form TTW Recruitment, I work with clients across the Cotswolds, Bristol / Bath areas, Wiltshire & Somerset.
Hi, I’m Sally, based in beautiful south Devon I look after clients and candidates along the South Coast, Devon & Cornwall. Also a graduate of Hospitality Management and after operational management roles in 5* hotels and high volume brands, I moved into the world of hospitality recruitment with a leading national recruitment company in central London. I managed teams and large corporate accounts for many years before transferring to Bristol where I met Charlotte and Craig and the rest is history!
