The Role

Reporting to the senior management team, you’ll lead the entire food and beverage operation, taking responsibility for people, standards, commercial performance and continuous improvement.

During peak periods you’ll lead a team of up to 20 permanent and seasonal colleagues, creating a positive culture where people feel motivated, supported and accountable.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being part of the operation while developing their team and driving performance.

  • Lead the day-to-day operation across four food and beverage outlets
  • Delivery of F&B for private and corporate events
