Head Chef Job Role
The Head Chef will have full responsibility of the kitchen operation. This will require a hands-on approach and ability to lead and manage efficiently. Oversee and lead a small freindly team . You will ensure the kitchen operation runs smoothly, achieving standards and profitability.
Ideal candidates will have senior sous or head chef experience in a fresh food or quality restaurant / dining pub or small hotel, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
