We’re recruiting a Head Chef for a quality Dartmoor hotel, leading a brigade of 8–9 chefs and delivering high‑quality, seasonal dishes to a Rosette standard.

This role suits an experienced Head Chef or a strong Sous ready to step up.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop an 8–9‑person kitchen brigade
• Deliver consistent Rosette‑level food across all services, including restaurant, bar and small events
• Create seasonal menus using local produce
• Manage ordering, suppliers, stock and GP
• Maintain excellent food safety and kitchen standards

What We’re Looking For

• Rosette experience (or equivalent)
• Strong leadership and communication
• Creative, organised and commercially aware
• Passion for local, seasonal ingredients
• Calm, positive approach in a busy hotel kitchen
