The cafe offers a creative fresh food menu along with a food retail outlet. Seasonal menus, with local suppliers and products, developed by the Head Chef.

The Role
The Head Chef will over see the day to day running of all aspects of the kitchen operation. Will involve of kitchen management, menu development, ordering & stock control, kitchen food safety compliance and team leadership.
Ideal candidates will have a hands-on approach, fresh food kitchen experience. Happy dealing with suppliers and creating an innovative cafe menu.
You will have good leadership and communications skills and looking to develop your career.
