Seeking a Sous Chef to join the team and support the kitchen. Creating a new and exciting food business at the pub, using the best local; produce and suppliers available.
The company also has a successful sister property close by, so there is an opportunity to get involved here as well, presenting further career development.
Sous Chef Job Role
The Sous Chef will deputise for the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen operation in delivering a quality fresh food concept. This will require a hands-on approach and ability to lead a small team and ensure the kitchen operation runs smoothly, achieving standards.
Ideal candidates will have similar chef de partie or sous chef experience in a fresh food kitchen, restaurant or dining pub.
Salary and Benefits
- Starting basic salary is from £15- £17 p/h+ . Depending on experience. Plus Tips
- 40 hours per week.
- Flexible shift patterns.
- Own Transport required.
