Sous Chef Job Role
The Sous Chef will deputise for the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen operation in delivering a quality fresh food concept. This will require a hands-on approach and ability to lead a small team and ensure the kitchen operation runs smoothly, achieving standards.
Ideal candidates will have sous or chef de partie experience in a fresh food, small hotel, restaurant or dining pub.
Salary and Benefits
Starting basic salary is to £32,0320 p.a. Plus Excellent Benefits:

- Generally 2pm to 10pm, 5/7
