The Role
Working as part of a large group of Gastro Inns across the UK, we are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join this high-quality, very busy property in Somerset.
With 40+ bedrooms, extensive F&B and event space, the DGM will support a team of HOD’s to deliver exceptional service standards with a real focus on team engagement, coaching and development.
Reporting in to an experienced General Manager there are ambitious plans for this property and a great site within the group to highlight your skills and abilities.
The Candidate
This is a great opportunity for an experienced operator looking for a large, multi-faceted property to develop their career.
To be considered for this role candidates should have a proven ability at delivering standards across a complex F&B/events offer, great examples of leadership and mentoring managers.
This is a fast-paced environment and a real platform for a future General Manager.
