Head Chef / Kitchen Manager Job Role
The Head Chef will have full responsibility of the kitchen operation. This will require a hands-on approach and ability to lead and manage efficiently. Oversee and lead a team of 15. You will ensure the kitchen operation runs smoothly, achieving standards and profitability.
Ideal candidates will have senior sous or head chef experience in a high volume fresh food or quality branded pub / restaurant venue, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary and Benefits
Starting Salary on offer is up to £42,000 p.a. Plus Bonus & Tips
