Head Chef Job Role
The Head Chef will have full responsibility of the kitchen operation and menu. This will require a hands-on approach and ability to lead and manage efficiently. Oversee and lead a team of 4+. You will ensure the kitchen operation runs smoothly, achieving standards, profitability and compliance.
Ideal candidates will have senior sous or head chef experience in a fresh food or quality dining pub / restaurant venue, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
