A fabulous opportunity for an experienced Sales and Revenue Manager to join a leading South West Resort with existing future plans and further development projects.
This is a key role, driving both Revenue and Sales across multi revenue streams and has huge scope to make an impact across some key areas.

The Role
This role will focus on driving revenue across the resort, creating strategies working closely with the Marketing Manager and Resort Director to attract new and retain existing clients.
With a good knowledge of sales, hospitality and leisure you will identify market opportunities, attend networking & trade events, client meetings and build relationships and negotiate contracts supporting the resorts financial strategy and goals.
You will oversee Revenue Management and distribution strategy across the resort, managing yield and analysing data to enable timely and accurate reporting and play a key role in future strategies.
Key initial projects will include:
- increasing occupancy further across the hotel and holiday cottages, with a real focus on corporate client
- developing the plan and grow the conference and events business
- playing a key role in the implementation and streamlining of a new PMS system across the resort
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have considerable Sales and Revenue experience across a similar size and quality resort.
You will possess a proven track record in Sales encompassing accommodation, meeting and events and in revenue management with an emphasis on positive yield.
A knowledge of Guestline or Opera, CRM systems and Online Travel Agents and 3rd party agents is essential.
You will be confident, and relish going out into the marketplace, gaining new leads and bring in business across the resort.
Some Corporate hotel sales and revenue experience would be advantageous for this role
