The Role
Responsible for the commercial performance of this hotel the Revenue Manager will work across all revenue streams to maximise occupancy, average room rate and F&B spend per head.

The hotel will have 100+ bedrooms, large F&B facilities as well as a spa offer and sits firmly at the luxury/lifestyle end of the market, as an branded, independent hotel the Revenue Manger will work closely with the General Manager to ensure solid strategies are put in place through a solid understanding of the market and guest demographic.
The Candidate
This role would suit an experienced reservations manager or revenue manager looking to join a a new opening hotel.
Knowledge of the London 5* market is desirable.
