This is an opportunity to take the reins of a fiercely independent, character-led hospitality business and bring multiple thriving sites together under one clear, confident leader.
The operation includes: a highly successful gastro inn with rooms plus two separate retail food offers – Together they generate circa £3 million turnover. Individually, they perform well. Properly aligned, this will be an exceptional business.

The Role
This is a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up Senior General Manager role for someone who:
- Loves hospitality in all its chaos and magic
- Is as comfortable on the floor as they are in a P&L
- Knows how to motivate teams without corporate jargon
- Can spot inefficiency and opportunity in the same breath
- Understands that culture drives performance
