Position Overview: Seeking a dynamic and experienced leisure manager or supervisor lead the Gaming & Bowling department of this exiting venue
Salary & Benefits
- c£28,000. depending on experience
- 40 hour contracted week
- 23 Days Annual Leave PLUS Bank Holidays (pro rata) Rising to 30 days with tenure

Whether it’s managing schedules, ensuring compliance, or finding creative ways to enhance customer experiences – this role is packed with variety and part of an exciting venue.
- Managing daily operations in our Gaming & Bowling areas, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Leading and motivating your team, ensuring top performance and excellent customer service.
- Driving commercial success by analysing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing initiatives.
- Developing marketing and business strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and fire safety regulations.
The Candidate
- Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing environment (leisure, hospitality, or retail preferred).
- A passion for entertainment, gaming, or bowling – you love creating great experiences for customers!
- Strong business acumen – you understand numbers and know how to drive revenue.
- Excellent organisational and people-management skills – you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to inspire a team.
