Unit Manager – Gaming & Bowling

Position Overview: Seeking a dynamic and experienced leisure manager or supervisor lead the Gaming & Bowling department of this exiting venue

Leading a dynamic team, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high standards, and drive business success. Whether it’s managing schedules, ensuring compliance, or finding creative ways to enhance customer experiences – this role is packed with variety and part of an exciting venue.

  •  Managing daily operations in our Gaming & Bowling areas, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
  • Leading and motivating your team, ensuring top performance and excellent customer service.
  • Driving commercial success by analysing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing initiatives.
  • Developing marketing and business strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and fire safety regulations.

The Candidate

  •  Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing environment (leisure, hospitality, or retail preferred).
  • A passion for entertainment, gaming, or bowling – you love creating great experiences for customers!
  • Strong business acumen – you understand numbers and know how to drive revenue.
  • Excellent organisational and people-management skills – you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to inspire a team.
